To ensure we give you a competitive service, great value, choice and flexibility our standard delivery and returns - as described in more detail below - are FREE!
Standard delivery

If the product you require is in stock, your order will normally be dispatched within 24
hours by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please allow between 1 and 3 working days for your purchase to arrive. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, a card will be left and the
parcel will be returned to your local delivery office.
Please note that the above estimated delivery times are a guide only. Classic Italian
is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
Currently, all standard deliveries are free of charge*, to the UK mainland only and must be signed for upon receipt.

International Shipping
We offer discounted shipping to all EU countries for our Italian Handbags only. The shipping charge or £15 is added automatically at the time of purchase and we will ensure that your handbag leaves next day if possible. You can expect delivery in 3-5 working days and the parcel will have to be signed for on delivery.
We send Italian Handbags also to the U.S.A. and Australia as discounted rates. The cost depends on the size of the handbag as shown below.
Small Handbags:
Shipping to the U.S.A. £15 - Shipping to Australia £17
All other handbags are classed as "large" and will have the following rates applied at checkout.
Shipping to the U.S.A. £19 - Shipping to Australia £27
Returns
Thank you for choosing Classic Italian and we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.
However should your chosen purchase not be right first time and you wish to return or exchange it, please post it back to us within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or an exchange.
Please note that to qualify for a refund or exchange, your purchase should be unworn (or unused) and in new condition, with the original tags still in position. Please pack the original box as carefully as possible using the same materials as delivered. We need to place the return item back into our stock so please do take care over this. You may use tape to seal the outer cardboard box as the packaging will be recycled.
All new purchases will be sent to you with Royal Mail pre-paid return labels. You will need to obtain proof of posting as the return method does not currently allow recorded delivery using pre-printed postage.
We will process your return as soon as we receive it but please allow 10 working days for this to be completed.
The purchase price will be refunded to you in the same way that the payment was made.
Classic Italian will meet the cost of all returns except items listed in "Offers & Promotions" and most Sale items. We reserve the right to cancel free returns and delivery if we consider that our postage costs for any individual customer are excessive.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, please provide details of the size on the return form and return the product to us. The replacement goods will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to the product(s) being in stock.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different style – please return your purchase for a full refund and repurchase your preferred style from our website.
Faults
If your purchase is faulty and you would like to exchange it or obtain a refund, please provide details on the returns receipt and see Our Guarantee for more information.
Handle your new boots with care
Please ensure you try your boots only on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. If you are not certain of fit it may be better to return for a refund or exchange for another pair. Do contact us for advice! It is in our interest to help you, the Customer at all times.
