At Classic Italian, we have chosen the highest quality products with great care, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
However, should you find a defect in your choice of boots or handbag, please send the product(s) back to us using the Royal Mail return label provided and include details of the defect on the return receipt.
Do email us first, if you can - it will help us arrange a prompt refund for us, if applicable.
We will forward the product(s) to our supplier for their consideration. If the product is faulty we will offer to:
a) repair it
b) provide you with a suitable replacement (of the same size/style and subject to availability)
c) offer you a full refund.
Please be assured that we will always do our very best to help you.
Faulty goods
We classify our products as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Please note that wear and tear is not classified as a fault.
